Really short hair?

If you're going to have your hair short what grade clippers should you use? Would a grade 2 all over be too short? I am very tall and quite thin. Does short all over hair necessarily only suit certain face and head shapes?

My son has a grade 2 at the back and sides and a 4 on top, it looks nice but if you are considering doing that you need a barber to blend it in properly, unless you want to look like a Marine lol.

Short hair is short hair at the end of the day, if you are only talking about the difference between clipper grades I don't think it is going to make much difference what the shape of your face is. If you are tall and thin, the only style I would avoid is long and straggly!!!

The only way to find out if it suits you is to have it done. If it doesn't it'll soon grow back. I don't think grade 2 would be too short as that's what my son has and he looks good.

It definatly only suits certain people, but if you have never had it done it may be worth doing as you won't know if it will suit you. Grade 2 is fine but would need to be done again every couple of weeks, otherwise it would look like fuzz!

Both my husband and my son have grade 2's, it looks good as long as you keep it trimmed about every 2 weeks. If you get bored with it, grow the top out slightly and spike it (my son does this sometimes too) dont worry too much, it is only hair and will grow back!

If you have hair then grow it, so many men with very little hair have it short, so if you've got it flaunt it.

a grade 2 all over would be about 3/8 of an inch and the answer is yes, short suits most face shapes but its how you carry it off, are you a confident person etc, I cut most styles back grade 2 and sides the top left a bit longer and taper the neck or you can go for a fade style, grade 4 is about half an inch grade 8 about an inch , hope that helps
