It is time I purchase a new clippers and trimmers, please recommend any you all may have used. I do not really care if it is cordless or not since cordless, often has a low battery life. I just want a good clean cut for the price.

A good pair of cordless will last years and will last a whole day on a single charge. So the thing here is spend some money and get quality products and you won't have to ask these questions.
A good pair of cordless clippers will cost over $100.00 and will last a year or two depending on how many haircuts you do with them. And use Kool lube spray with disinfectant. Each and every time you use them.

Wahl and Oster are the best I've used. The Oster '76 is a bit pricey but it is very much worth the price, the motors last forever. The Wahl Designer clipper is usually arround $50, that is going to be the best quality for the price, they last forever!
