I usually shave my head without an attachment comb and there is still hair left is this number 0? If it is 0, then what number is it when there is completely no hair left at all or do you need a razor to be able to do that?

using no guard is the closest haircut you can get using clippers
if you want to loose the stuble and go for a total head shave you need a razor
make sure you lube up very well to avoid cuts
