i want to get my hubby a new hair clipper for a christmas present. i was looking online. anyone know a good one to get? on target.com there was some made by conair and wahl. any suggestions? thanks.

Wahl is a good brand for hair clippers. Oster makes a really good line of clippers but they can get expensive. Wahl is a brand used at many salons.

I've been using Wahl for the past 15 years and have no problems. I bought a Conair once and it was extremely loud and didn't cut very well.

stay away from Conair, the quality just isn't that good.
Oster is the best because they use a stronger motor, which means it'll cut hair better without pulling. Wahl is a good brand too.
