i have hair clippers ..and well it stop cutting..and i didnt know clippers needed oil..will it work again if i get oil for it?and how do you apply the oil?

How long have you had the clippers? If you have had them for awhile, then your best bet is to buy a new pair. You need to clean and oil your clippers everytime you use them.
